Learn how to support your friends in everyday conversations — A.S.K. stands for Acknowledge, Support, Keep-in-Touch, and it’s part of Active Minds’ and MTV’s broader mental health promotion efforts.

In this choose-your-own-adventure experience, put yourself in the shoes of Charlie, who just ran into Luna at a coffee shop. Charlie wants to help a friend. Practice A.S.K., the "stop, drop and roll" of supporting a friend, to help Charlie decide what to say.

This video series helps you build communication skills so you can provide emotional support when reaching out to your friends, including ways to be an active listener and keep in touch after everyday conversations.
